New Introducing Optrix Agents: a proactive teammate for quality and ops

Your morning starts with the analysis already done.

Agents are proactive AI specialists inside Optrix. Each one runs on its own schedule, works in its own workspace, and grounds every number in your live ERP and QMS. The first is live now: the Backorder Agent, which finds the open orders held by quality, and what's missing.

Proactive specialists, not another chatbot.

Optrix already gives your team Chat, Workbooks, and Reports on demand. Agents add the part that works on its own. Each agent has a dedicated workspace, does its analysis on a schedule, and remembers every run so it can tell you what changed. Agents are additive: expediting, receiving, and supplier quality are next.

It runs before you do.

Every weekday around 6 a.m., right after your nightly ERP refresh, the Backorder Agent pulls the full open backorder book from Syspro and cross-references every part against your open non-conformances. It is BOM-aware, so it catches a component non-conformance that is holding a parent assembly. The report is finished and waiting before the team sits down. Need it sooner? Run Now regenerates it on demand, and every past run is kept.

The holds are visible where the money is.

The report opens on the set you can act on: overdue lines, with one click to widen the scope to two weeks, thirty days, or the full open book. Four metrics sit up top, including the dollars held by quality. Any blocked line carries an "N NCs" flag. Click it and the row expands into the non-conformances holding it: the NC number, whether the hold is on the part or a component, and why it is held. The answer to "why isn't this order moving" lives on the row.

An analyst that remembers, not a chatbot.

Chat is docked beside the data at full height, and it remembers every stored run. Ask what changed since Monday, or which orders keep slipping, and it compares today's report to the ones before it, then writes up what to note. It pulls live ERP and QMS data mid-conversation, so the numbers are current, not cached. Tables are sortable, and any view exports to Excel in one click.

Not a chatbot. A scheduled analyst with memory.

It runs on a schedule

The analysis is done before anyone asks for it. No one has to remember to pull the report.

It remembers every report

It compares runs and tells you what moved overnight, not just what is true this morning.

It is grounded in your systems

Every number traces to live Syspro and your QMS. Current, cited, and exportable to Excel.

One agent today. A platform underneath.

The Backorder Agent is the first specialist on a platform built to add more. Each new agent gets its own scheduled workspace and the same grounding in your live data.
